Robert Binder's Other Book?

I'm finally getting around to reading Robert Binder's book: Testing Object-Oriented Systems.  I'm about 100 pages in so far (the book is big - 1248 pages) and so far I think it's a great book.

In the book, though, he refers to a book from him on test management which I've looked all over the web for.  I can't find references to it anywhere.  Anyone know?

The referenced book is listed as:

Managing the Testing Process for Object-Oriented Systems, Robert V. Binder, Addison-Wesley, 2000.

The orginal plan for the book included several chapters on planning, process, etc. I was kind of tired of writing after finishing the first three sections, and several excellent treaments of that were already available. So, in short, that book was never written. You're probably reading a first printing, as that reference was corrected in subsequent printings. Bob Binder
